Raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and entirely ours.

Never heated past hive temperature. Never fine-filtered. Never blended with anyone else’s honey. It may firm up on you in cold weather, which is the tell that it’s natural. Warm water brings it right back.

Before you order.

My honey turned solid. Did it go bad?
No. It crystallized, which is what raw honey does, and it happens faster with ours because it’s had less done to it. Plenty of people prefer it that way and use it straight from the jar. If you’d rather have it liquid, sit the sealed jar in warm water for a bit. That re-liquefies it without hurting the flavor.
What’s creamed honey?
Crystallized honey, controlled on purpose so the crystals stay fine. It’s smooth, spreadable, and hugely popular in Europe. Same honey, different texture.
Is this actually local?
It’s from our hives in San Antonio, La Vernia, and Blanco. We blend our own three apiaries and nothing else. Never bought from a distributor, never sourced from another beekeeper.
Does the flavor change season to season?
Yes, and that’s the fun part! It tastes like whatever was blooming while the bees were working. Spring and fall honey are noticeably different from each other.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Texas. Free on orders over $60. Pickup and local delivery are available around La Vernia and San Antonio.
Can I buy a bigger amount?
Yes. Larger quantities and glass jars are priced on request. Send a message with what you’re after.
Is the soap and lip balm made with your own wax?
Yep. Same hives, same wax, and cleaned by hand before anything gets made with it.
