# 6B's Ranch

> A family-run apiary in La Vernia, Texas. We produce raw, unfiltered honey and handmade beeswax goods, and we perform live honeybee removals across Central Texas.

6B's Ranch is run by the Bowdoin family: Chantel (the beekeeper), her husband Brad, and their four children Allie, Annika, AJ, and Adrian. Six Bowdoins, hence the name. We keep hives in San Antonio, La Vernia, and Blanco, Texas. The two honeys taste noticeably different, so we keep them separate and sell them separately rather than blending them. We have never bought or blended in honey from any outside source.

## Products
- San Antonio honey (lighter, floral): 12 oz $9, 16 oz $12, 3 lbs $32. SOLD OUT for this season.
- Blanco honey (darker, deeper): 12 oz $12. SOLD OUT for this season.
- Beeswax lip balm: $4. Flavors: Original, Sweet Orange
- Larger quantities and glass jars available on request

All honey is sold out for this season. Beeswax lip balm is still available. New honey will be listed after the next harvest. To be notified when honey is back in stock, join the email list on the home page: https://6bsranch.com/#harvest-updates

Honey is raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurized. It is never heated past hive temperature and never fine-filtered, so the pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants stay in the jar. Raw honey crystallizes over time, which is normal; warm water re-liquefies it.

## Services
- Live bee and swarm removal: humane relocation to our apiaries. Quoted per job. We do NOT perform structural work (no cutting into walls, soffits, roofs, or foundations).
- 1-d-1 agricultural valuation support: turnkey hive placement and ongoing management for Texas landowners seeking open-space valuation. Requirements are set by each county appraisal district.
- Nucs and bees for sale: four and five frame nucleus colonies with a laying queen, brood, and food stores.
- Classes, apiary tours, and talks for schools, businesses, and community groups.
